Submit Your Abstract

All abstracts must adhere to the Abstract Guidelines

If you will be submitting an in-training abstract and you are not already a CSACI member in one of the following categories: (Fellow in Training, Medical Student Associate, Resident Associate, Scientific Student Associate, or Allied Health) you must complete your application to join the CSACI by June 26th, 2020 (delays in submitting a membership application will cause abstracts to be rejected by the system). If eligible to join the CSACI, you will be notified by email when your application is accepted at which time you will be able to submit your abstract.

Important: Please ensure your abstract title includes your first and last name.

Abstracts must present a clear, concise summary of the work and must be submitted via our form below:

If an abstract is withdrawn, notification must be made in writing on or before Friday, July 31, 2020.

Ethics Approval: If the abstract discusses studies involving human subjects, human material, or human data, or involves animals, an ethics statement should be included. Eg. The study was approved by XYZ Institutution‘s Ethics Board, approval number 12345.
